Completed documents must be submitted no later than 4th August 2020, 17:00 H through the following ways; a. By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked “2007062 Medical Devices and Equipment’’ to a tender box located at WATAN Gaziantep Office, Mucahitler Mah. Gazi Muhtarpasa Blv. Yasem Is Mrk. No:44/F Sehitkamil/Gaziantep (Between Noter 1 and Turkiye Finans Bank)3. WATAN has all the rights to accept or reject any incomplete bid document. After the above stated deadline, quotations sent will not be accepted. 4. All bids must include total price, bid validity, payment terms, and delivery terms of service. 5. All bids must be splitted into technical proposal and financial proposal While sending via hand delivered, two envelops must be provided, via secured email there should be two separate attachments one for technical proposal one for financial proposal. | |
