Tender for Supply of Desktop Computers, Printers with Supplies, Delivery and Set Up

BACKGROUND

Human Appeal is a UK-based, international development and relief charity having its offices in Manchester. It was established in 1991 with a mission to alleviate sufferings of poor people around the world. Since 2013, HA has set up an office in Turkey to provide emergency aid and services to people affected by the conflict in Syria.

INTRODUCTION

Human Appeal Turkey (HAT) is based in Gaziantep, from where we are providing support and aid to the Syrian people displaced inside Syria as well as refugees in Turkey.

Currently, HAT is in agreement with Human Appeal HQ to provide 2 computer labs in two schools in Elbeyli Refugee camp in Kilis province by providing 36 computers in total in two schools, 18 computers in each school computer labs and 7 computers for 7 schools in the camp for teachers. These two labs will be established in existing designated rooms and on average 30 students will be able to use one lab at a time only with 18 computers. However, this may change from school to school. Computer labs will provide the students with the necessary technology to keep up with the developments in education worldwide by providing them education on how to use technology in an educational way and making them ready for the future technological changes.

1-Tender Requirements

HAT intends to procure computers along with complete set up as labs, at Schools in Elbeyli Camp in Kilisi. All items are required to be delivered at the locations specified in this document.
