Receiving service call from customer and partners, entering to CRM system
Preparing and delivering service and maintenance quotation to customers
Planning service technicians visits regarding customer demands
Common planning device maintenance visits with customers
Following open accounts at customers
Creating and posting service agreements to SAP
Assistant to service manager for organisational and follow up issues
Managing paperworks and orders onto the service partners
Posting service invoice to SAP
Creating necessery reports about all service activities
