We are growing and looking for Freelance Consultants in the area of IT-Tech Recruitment in California, USA.

Responsibilities:
Professional candidate recruitment via job portals, social media channels and phone acquisition

Scheduling and conducting telephone/video and personal interviews

Salary negotiations

Presentation of candidate profiles to the client

Matching candidates and clients

Contract negotiations with clients and candidates

Close cooperation with our internal and external consultants

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT recruiting

Significant experience in recruiting IT professionals

Knowledge of the processes, e.g. from a personnel consultancy side or service provider or from the corporate side

Experience with hiring in the tech sector

You have in-depth knowledge of active sourcing in a fast-moving and international environment.

Enjoy telephoning, video-calling

Communicative team player

Fluent in English. (Ideally Turkish / German is a plus)
