Summary of the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, youll be a member of the People & Culture team in Istanbul and in CESE Scandinavia People & Culture team, drive talent acquisition process to ensure high quality talent pipeline creation for existing and upcoming business needs an Agile Environment.

  • Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting
  • Experience with online sourcing techniques, head hunting
    • Ensure external talent pipeline creation to support existing and upcoming business needs.
  • Make suggestions for appropriate candidate sources (recruitment fairs, internet sites, employment agencies, social networks, company & universities mapping). Use the Corporate Social Media accounts assigned for research and content distribution.
    • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms (not limited to job boards etc.) while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job

    End to end recruitment:

    • Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Execute recruitment strategy, policy and programs.
    • Proactive approach on developing talent pool and employer branding activities. Keep with the new trends used by prospects.
  • Understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles within KPIs.
    • Ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure high quality of candidate pipeline (shortlists).
    • Assessment methods execution: Execute identified best practices, developed and maintained methods.
  • Conduct competency based interviews (online, face to face). Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performance.
    • Ownership for e-recruitment process (Success Factors).

    Report:

    • Ensure data is up to date for reporting.

    Graduate/Intern Hiring:

    • Graduate and internship recruitment execution.
  • Coordinates and executes, and takes active role for university events.
    • Establish a great relationship with students and universities key contacts.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Recommend and influence hiring managers to provide the best suitable talent for the organization.
  • Owns the hiring manager relationship and is responsible for their overall satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Improvement suggestion and implementation expected as the owner of the recruitment process.

    Legal Obligations:

    • Ensure compliance with all legal

    for advertisement, job postings, selecting and talent acquisition process etc.

    About the ideal candidate

    To succeed in Talent Acquisition role, youll need proven experience in the following areas:

    • University degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Min.3 years of experience in end to end recruitment and innovative sourcing for different hierarchical levels (Head Hunting, experience in Recruitment: Internal department / Consulting firm)
    • Delivering recruitment experience to clients managing multiple volume
  • Experience with employer branding and university programs is a plus
    • At least 1 year experience in IT, R&D recruitment
  • Experience with all selection methods and techniques (competency based interviews, assessment of candidates)
    • Experience with Success Factors is a plus
  • Experience in the use of social media (LinkedIn) and job boards
    • Advance MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
    • Language skills: English: Fluent, written and oral
  • Strong networking, influencing and negotiation skills
    • Strong Time Management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
    • Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
