Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! The team manage end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. These are five main disciplines within Operations Team: Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
- Minimum 5 years of process development, project management, and data analysis experience, also logictics operation management experience is plus,
- Minimum 2+ years of team leadership and coaching experience,
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Seller and to build positive business relationships with partners,
- Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller problems,
- Proactive and results oriented approach,
- Experienced in “agile” working environment and project and familiar with project iteration culture.
- End-to-end managing and administration of seller operation & operation dev.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- End-to-end managing and administration of category based seller operation and development projects
- Increasing operational performance and monitoring supply in order to deliver orders completely and on time
- Lead the projects, to provide requirements and prioritization for seller/partner needs to improve quality of experience and journey,
- Working directly sellers and other operation partners,
- Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team,
- Create and update guidelines/procedures for Seller life cycle,
- Quantitatively analyzing results to drive product direction & strategy,
- Continuously reduce pain areas for the seller operation, through working closely with other functions including Marketplace, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal teams to ensure delivery of the brand promise,
- Increase vendor operation performance to deliver complete and timely orders to customers.
