A Language College in Toronto is looking to fill the position of a Student Advisor/Marketing Support – Brazil/Latin America.
Main duties, however not limited to;
-counseling students about the school programs, and services, as well as life in Canada
-helping students with course changes, course selections,
-communication with admissions representatives when processing course changes, processing registrations, updating the school database
-hosting first day orientations with students
-hosting trial students
-booking placement tests
-creating student files, making sure all files are compliant
-assisting marketing team with agent communication, following up on direct student leads
-visiting local agents
-managing health insurance applications for students
-working with admissions team in order to process registrations
-Until early fall, this position will also oversee student related support for other markets (example Turkish)
_ Skills/requirements: _
– Experience in ESL industry/agency in a marketing role/student advisor role is a must
-university degree
-strong communication skills
-pleasant phone manner
– Attention to detail
-strong computer skills, with Zoom, Microsoft office, power point etc.
-familiarity with various social media platforms
-Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a MUST.
