The role:
- Support our clients with professional services,
- Analyse client needs and propose convenient solutions,
- Conduct system setup and configuration in accordance with project plans,
- Prepare client presentations on specialized products and solutions,
- Support presales activities,
- Realize proof of concept (PoC) work.
What we need to see from you:
- BSc degree in Computer Engineering or related fields,
- Min. 2 years of experience in Professional Services or technical field support positions,
- Experience in RPA is a must; UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere projects,
- Design, configure and develop RPA software system processes,
- Administrating of RPA systems and knowledge about system architecture,
- Installation and configuration of RPA components and monitoring the performance, troubleshooting issues,
- To have knowledge about Agile and experience with the Scrum methodology,
- Experience in HTML, SQL, and either NET/C# or Java,
- Jira and Maximo tools experience is a plus,
- The ability to work and collaborate within a team,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
