We are looking for a Site Security Expert who will join our Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit team.
Your responsibilities are;
Main duties:
-
Supports and advises company/site senior management, line management and employees in all security matters (physical/access, personnel, information and product related).
-
Establishes and maintains close contacts with law enforcement authorities/police and professional organizations, associations and consulates/embassies.
-
Following local and global requirements such as Private Security Services Law No. 5188, Civil Defense Plan-Protection Plan against Sabotage, Emergency Management Roche K19 Security Group Directive and Roche Evacuation Plan.
Personnel security:
-
Consulting for /provision of protective measures according to threats and needs: onsite, home, travel, conferences (including VIP visitors).

Briefing/training of staff regarding: (bomb) threat by phone, suspicious (including
electronic) mail, activist action/demonstration (onsite/at private homes)

Briefing of business travelers visiting Turkish affiliate,
-
Evacuation planning for international assignees in the country under high risk situations,
Information security:
-
Promoting awareness of staff regarding handling/storage of confidential information,
-
Clean desk policy, personal behavior during travels, at offsite meetings, secure
-
Guarding of laptops/CDs/USB sticks (e.g. by training/implementation/repetition of ‘Roche SECURE’ e-learning tool)
-
Ensuring a secure collection and destruction of confidential hardcopy documents
-
Ensuring (together with IT department) a complete deletion of data of electronic hardware (hard disks, laptops, CDs, fax and copy machines, etc.) prior to disposal
-
Promoting awareness of line managers regarding business critical offsite meetings; organization of appropriate security measures,
-
Create and Implement “Local Information Security Policy” during the remote work ( EVO ),
-
Collaborate with IT Business Partners for Information Security matters,
Special tasks:
-
Investigation of incidents together with local management and the Local Product Quality Lead,
-
Leading the investigations regarding counterfeits and PT incidents detected in the country,
-
Proactively work with squads and commercial affairs teams to ensure Roche strategy against parallel trade and counterfeits,
-
Close collaboration with the Local and Global Audit Teams for the audit of the wholesalers and distributors,
-
Network with the other Roche affiliate SSOs regarding counterfeit and PT,
-
Active member of SSO community and benefit the network of the Group SHE,
-
Management of company drivers for Executives: organization / training
-
Supporting the logistics manager/carriers to ensure a secure product supply chain to the customers within the country (offsite storage, transportation, etc.)

Consulting Roche event managers planning a major conference in the country,
-
Support SHE officer during the disposal of products with security measures,
REQUIREMENTS
For this position, you bring the following experience, skills & qualifications

Work experience in a global company in a similar role at least for 3 years
-
Represent Roche Values internally and externally

Excellent team-working, collaboration, networking skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
-
High Representative skills towards the law enforcement authorities/police and professional organizations, associations and consulates/embassies.

Strong verbal and written English is a must
-
