Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Pricing excellence manager to partner with sales team, domains, pricing team and other common functions to secure ease of business resulting in maximized value to Ericsson. You will be responsible for exploring options for analytics, automation and simplification in the complete pricing process from customer request till finalization of the bill of quantity for ordering. If you are someone who can also bring in a fresh perspective from industry best practices like agile models, LEAN and six sigma which should result in simplification and faster flow of pricing processes within Ericsson, enjoy working with automation tools and get excited by exploring how things are done differently by creating more value, then this role is for you.

It’s a new team being setup in the MMEA pricing function with the motto of “As Simple As possible” which is realized through “Analytics, Simplification and Automation”

Tools & Resources

Full domain of sales and commercial processes and tools (including e.g.: Salesforce CRM, Premium Proposal, Sales Analytics and automation tools like Tableau).

You will

  • Drive and continuously develop automation and analytics tools by working closely with the pricing managers, sales teams and domains.
  • Support pricing hubs by maintain tools and databases for all customer pricing information
  • Own a long term and proactive role to evolve Pricing excellence via Analytics, Simplification & Automation
  • Lead collaboration within the sales community and other supporting units.
  • Apply best practices to simplify the Pricing Process and tools for the end users and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Graduate in Engineering / Finance or equivalent
  • Min years of experience: 10 years
  • Analytical skills
  • You will need to do well with Adapting & Responding to Change
  • Process awareness and different simplification methodologies
  • Articulation and Argumentation Skills
