SECURITY COMPLIANCE EXPERT

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ensuring that processes are carried out in compliance with Aviation Security Procedures, RA3 (Regulated Agent) and TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) standards
  • Keeping the RA3 Security Program up to date
  • Providing security training to employees within the scope of RA3
  • Ensuring that all TAPA certified Service Centers are meeting the requirements of TAPA standards
  • Managing X-ray operators, following-up personal files and performance measurements
  • Ensuring that training on the use of RTT (Real Time Tomography) devices is given to operators
  • Managing and organizing online support in case of malfunctions of the screening devices used at the airport facility
  • Ensuring periodic maintenances of the screening equipments
  • Ensuring that the CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) system at the gateway covers all process area
  • Ensuring that the gateway security personnel act in accordance with workplace instructions
  • Arranging and tracking of the Apron Access Cards of GTW employees
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electronics

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Aviation

  • Basic know-how on x-ray processes and technical specs

  • Being interested in technological products

  • Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills

  • Good level of problem solving and reporting skills

  • Self motivated and result oriented

  • People and project management skills

  • Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment

  • Good command of English both in written and verbal manner

  • Advanced level of Turkish

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications

  • Preferably no military service restriction for male candidates

  • No restriction to travel

  • Business hours are 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday
