Purpose and Objective of Job:

For the execution of our Premium Engagemetn services we are looking for Senior Technical Quality Manager (TQM) working onsite at our customer’s premises. Technical Quality Managers (TQM) manage the selection and delivery of services from the SAP portfolio of proactive and reactive support for our premium engagement customers. As a TQM you will act as SAP’s front office lead within the customer’s IT organization. Taking over responsibility for an outcome based delivery by manging the front office and based on a strong collaboration model with all back-office delivery elements. You will architect the service plans to the customer’s needs and head the service delivery. You will be involved in the customer’s SAP projects as a supervisor from SAP’s point of view, thus proactively safeguarding implementations, upgrade and supporting operation improvement. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a trustful and cooperative relationship between the customer and SAP Planning and implementation of a customer-specific roadmap for digital transformation using our Premium Engagement Services. Support in setting up a platform for developing ideas and promoting innovative business scenarios. Orchestration and realization of prototypes of innovative business scenarios. Coordination of the onsite and remote assignments of our SAP experts. Managing the services margin / contribution of your specific account. Actively driving upsells & position new topics.

Expectations and task of the job:

As Senior TQM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Understand the customer’s solution landscape and business processes
  • Acquire the role of a trusted advisor inside the customer organization
  • Foster a culture of empathy, ideation and innovation

Collaborates with any System Integrator (SI) of the customer; if the SI is heading down the wrong path or providing the wrong recommendations to the customer, the TQM diplomatically highlights the risks and the alternate SAP recommendations.
Captures and reports how the engagement is driving business value to the customer, accelerating Time

  • Create detailed engagement and service delivery plans and drive their execution
  • Understand SAP premium engagement’s services and methodologies
  • Conceptualize, execute and track SAP projects that are in line with our organizational framework
  • Coordinate involvement of SAP Support resources onsite and in the back office
  • Identify top issues, define action plan accordingly and drive the resolution process
  • Coordinate involvement of all SAP resources onsite and in the back office
  • Facilitate and provide recommendations for technical or business process improvements
  • Report to management and executive level
  • Assisting the Service and Support Lead or Engineering Architect or other TQMs
  • Managing critical situations.
  • This is an individual contributor role.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters degree required
  • Minimum 10 years of Professional
  • Have proven experience (more than 8 years) in one or more of following roles
  • SAP Project Manager or Operation manager experience
  • SAP Technology/ Basis, Application experience
  • SAP consultant or development experience,
  • Broad understanding of SAP Solutions and underlying Technology
  • Broad understanding of SAP Solution Manager strategy and scenarios aand experience
  • Understanding in SAP strategy including service portfolio & Cloud transformation
  • Desired experience as SAP Technical Quality Manager
  • Excellent customer / escalation management skills
  • Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level, Ability to communicate to C-Level (internal SAP & customer)
  • Strong Team player
  • Analythical thinking
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish native language
