Your Role
As Sales Representative Road Logistics, you will win, retain and develop medium-sized customers mainly in Road Logistic product but also looking for Sea and Air Logistics product. You will gather customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to our existing customers in the related (Sea Logistics, Air Logistics, Road Logistics) department and identify additional demand and potential.
- Acquire new customers and provide a convincing presentation of our comprehensive product portfolio.
- Work on quotations, prepare customer presentations and ensure the required documentation is provided.
- Collaborate with internal and operational departments on a professional and constructive basis to achieve shared goals.
- Provide guidance on implementing new business, acting as a reliable coordination point for all contacts.
- Secure customer loyalty by presenting our high-quality products and services in a persuasive, convincing manner
- Support customer retention by conducting joint visits with Product, Business Development and organizing workshops inviting customers to share information on updatedregulations, products, etc.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road logistics sales is a must.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken English is preferred.
