Purpose

• Provides support to Sales & Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of Business reporting, Marketing activities & Congress-coordination.
• Administrative correspondence.
• Reporting of business-related trends & activities by country and/or division.
• Interface in between Sales organization and Management, Customer Service and Finance Dept.
• Providing Sales organizations with Marketing support.
• Organization of meetings & events.
• Travel- and living co-ordination according to the company’s guidelines & policies.
• Database maintenance.
• Database maintenance.
• Overall assistance & correspondence/mailings.
• Providing sales numbers on a regular basis.
• Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.

General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General understanding of business unit/group function. May lead a project team of small to moderate scope. Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management.
