Work on opportunities to increase business volume and creating sales strategies to contribute to new business development, carry out analyses and reports towards increasing unit income and profitability,
Organize meetings with potential, current or lost customers in coordination with the HQ Sales Marketing team,
Contribute to the follow-up of the economic development of the region and contributing to the determination of developments in coordination with the Headquarters Sales Marketing team,
Contribute to the provision of multi-port agreements by providing services such as logistics to customers with a cross-selling strategy, and contribute to the expansion of the hinterland by offering port-based logistics activities according to customer needs,
Strengthen relationships with customers by coordinating with the Customer Relations team and follow-up of overdue receivables,
In coordination with the Corporate Communications team, ensure that all developments that will carry the our brand forward are featured on platforms such as social media accounts, websites and print media and helping to keep customers up to date with promotions such as e-mail and marketing,
Provide support to the participants of organizations such as seminars and conferences in order to explain the innovations in the terminals,
Organize or support events face to face for customers, prepare or support the preparation of presentations that explain current developments to customers, attend national/international conferences, seminar etc. to meet potential customers.

qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Economics
- Engineering
- Marine or Logistics with a Master’s degree would be preferred
- <br>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- preferably in port or shipping industry
- <br>Written and oral fluency in English is a must
- <br>Business development and client management experience would be a distinct advantage
- <br>Customer oriented and motivated team player with strong relationship-building skills
- <br>Strong negotiation
