About the Role

Essity Professional Hygiene (PH) Turkey is looking for a Sales Analyst. The role will be in Kartal, Istanbul. Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department for more complex activities and enquiries.

The position reports to the Sales Director Turkey PH.

What You Will Do

• Draft more complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.

• Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries and/or other activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics.

• Provide analysis of sales and customer data and propose and generate tools and methods for improved sales efficiency and profitability.

• Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team’s activities.

• Answer more complex, difficult or escalated internal and customer enquiries.

• Maintaining and calculating sales incentive records.

Who You Are

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economy

• +2 years related experience

• Experience in complex Excel files

• Fluent in Turkish and English

• Detail oriented

• Strong analytical abilities

• Extreme accuracy

• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities

• Good communication skills
