| مقدمة | أشارت تقارير الأمم المتحدة إلى أن مئات الآلاف من الأسر السورية أجبروا على الانتقال إلى مستوطنات اللجوء الأخيرة. نظرا لعدم وجود عدد كافي من المخيمات التي تستوعب تدفق اللاجئين وخصوصا في موجة النزوح التي حدثت مؤخرا , لذلك كان لابد من السعي لانشاء مخيمات جديدة ذات مواصفات ملائمة للعيش حياة حرة كريمة تساعد في تخفيف عبء الازدحام وخلق بيئة مناسبة تؤمن الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات الأساسية للحياة من تعليم وصحة. |
