Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and drives R&D projects for Oil and Dry Type Transformers,
  • Drives for product cost-out activities through appropriate design actions on Transformers,
  • Co-Responsible for determining the multiyear roadmap for Transformers,
  • Co-Responsible for determining the yearly R&D plan (Waterlining)
  • Provides expertise (Acts as an expert) for products, technology and regulations and carries knowledge for functional and operational business,
  • Technical lead for product / technology related topics,
  • Provides interface and support to all relevant functions in PLS (e.g. Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Shop, Product Management, Sales Support, Logistics, SCM, Quality department, Manufacturing, Controlling, …),
  • Ensures and drives all necessary product improvement and product testing for maintaining product certifications,
  • Collaborates with Product Management, Post-Order Management for product improvement business cases,
  • Works on standardizing schematics and supports R&D / manufacturing engineering in New product development or VAVE (Value Added/Value Engineering) projects,
  • Document all activities, data and information in line with procedures.

Qualifications


Are you?

Required:

  • Electrical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, electrical power engineering,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Dry Type Transformers,
  • International standards of IEC, IEEE, ANSI,
  • Experience in testing of transformers,
  • Experience in transformer design,
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels in and outside the organization,
  • Fluent in English and Turkish,
  • Stay abreast of technology trends,
  • Experience in CAD systems,
  • Capability to drive innovative solutions for relevant products
