We are looking for Radio Solution Manager who wants to be part of MMEA Networks transformation Journey. Through critical thinking, business development and leadership you will enable a responsible and profitable business for Ericsson.
The role also involves in leading a virtual team primarily within Portfolio Sales support and CU community but also closely interacts with Commercial Management, Supply & Service organization.
In this role you will support the Head of Techno-commercial & Radio solution to drive Radio, Baseband & SW portfolio in MMEA.
You will
- Scope, define and design solution offerings, driving end-to-end delivery of technical solutions
- Work as a portfolio manager for Radio, Baseband, SW
- Creation and execution of solution value argumentation and Sales Tactics
- Systematically improve techno-commercial material.
- Secure cross teamwork for solution and commercial teams to reach new insights
- Conduct in-depth business focused discussions with the customer & analyze customer business environments, requirements, plans & issues
- Proactively drive new business opportunities
- Knowledge transfer among relevant communities within Ericsson
To be successful in the role you are
- A university degree in engineering and/or business studies
- Excellent execution, structure, and presentation skills
- Experience and proven track record from driving market share growth and handling of HID
- Excellent ability to work in a cross-organizational environment
- Experience to lead virtual teams and execute projects/programs
You should also have
- Experience of handling projects with tight deadlines and results
- Experience from leading partners in BA and MA
- Customer Insight & Value creation
- Outstanding teammate with excellent collaboration skills
This role is a Multi Geography hire, Primary Location is Turkey and Open in Non GCC countries in Middle East as well as Opened in Across Africa.
