QUALITY ENGINEER-AUTOMOTIVE

Our client is one of the leading automotive companies. For their future development plans, we are looking for a:

QUALITY ENGINEER

• anagement of product audits / process control and reporting
• Leading or/and participating problem solving activities in production
• Lead and assist in continuous improvement projects and closing gaps, contribute in standard review meetings
• Coordinate, prepare and schedule QMS related tasks such as technical product documentation review such as technical files, change control tasks or process validations.
• Training the employees on quality related aspects
• To control and inspect the production cells
• To ensure communication and coordination with the supplier / Conducting SQA if needed
• To plan, report and carry out the necessary performance tests for special parts
• To follow the calibrations for the maintenance and control of measurement, inspection and test devices
• To follow the quality metrics,
• To prepare PPAP, FMEA, SPC and 8D files in case of needed,
• To take part in new product development studies and part changes
• To ensure that the entry, production and final control processes are carried out smoothly
• To ensure that production controls are carried out at the desired performance and to inspect them in the field
• To initiate and conclude the 8D process in case of any customer complaints
• Supervising and directing Quality Control Technicians

• ngineering background preferably in Mechanical or Mechatronics
• More than 2 years of technical experience with background in Quality preferably in Automotive Industry
• Experienced in problem solving methods
• Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 Certification is an asset
• Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches
• Knowledge of tools/ methodologies such as design control, risk management, root cause investigation methods, process validation, statistical process control (SPC), report preparation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
• Can keep up with the intensive working tempo (Willing to do overtime if needed)
• Reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Gebze,
