Quality Assurance Specialist

• Managing food safety procedures in line with ISO 9001 AND FSSC 22000,
• Tracking customer complaints and communicating after completing necessary root-cause analyses,
• Planning supplier and customer visits to observe and analyze the field,
• Managing all quality assurance-related documentation and corrective / preventive action forms through QDMS,
• Actively participating to Halal, Kosher and customer audits and supporting other teams in audit processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree from Food Engineering or Biochemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Hands-on experience in quality systems for at least 3 years, proficiency in QDMS,
• Strong communication skills with customer-satisfaction approach,
• Open to frequent travelling to make field visits, class B driving license is a must,
• Advanced level of written and verbal English,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

We are looking for our new “Quality Assurance Specialist” team member, who will work with us at our Ceyhan Factory.
