ROLE PURPOSE
- Product Lead makes sure that its products serve customers’ digitalization journey.
- Develops products that provide the best customer experience and respond to customer needs.
- Designs experiences that will increase customer loyalty.
- Makes the Agile Working Method and prioritization with MVP approach effective for the whole organization.
- Helps the VBU organization to increase its knowledge of technology trends.
