Build and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring contractual requirements and customer expectations are understood,
Respond to queries within or ahead of agreed SLAs and escalate service delivery issues as appropriate to the relevant manager,
Develop an understanding of Certification products, services, systems and processes and actively support knowledge transfer in this are,
Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health,

qualifications
- Graduated from a relevant discipline (preferably
- in Business Administration
- Economics
- International Trade
- Industrial Engineering)<br>Minimum 2 years experience of Planning
- <br>Competent in planning and coordination
- <br>Excellent command of English
- <br>Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
- <br>Having advanced knowledge of English language.
