Performance Marketing Specialist

What You Bring

    • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing managing online campaigns for retail/ e-commerce,
    • Knowledge of Google Adwords, and Social Media Advertising,
    • Google AdWords Fundamentals, Advanced Search and Mobile Advertising Certificates,
    • Knowledge of online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube advertising, paid search, display, social media marketing, remarketing,)
    • Highly motivated with enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly,
    • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Experience in web analytics is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Main Objectives:
    • Increasing ROAS values through AdWords optimizations for brands
    • Increasing ROAS values through social media advertising optimizations for brands
    • Using App, Yandex channels when necessary to reach top performance levels
    • Main Responsibilities:
    • Using all advertising models that will increase the ROAS value for Google (SEM, GDN, YouTube vb.)
    • Increasing mobile advertising (UAC)
    • Preparing related reports (details in reporting section)
    • Establishing relevant alert mechanisms to track the processes of brands
    • Increasing CTR values of advertisements
    • Monthly meetings with the brands to determine the budget & advertising strategies
    • Implementation of beta applications of advertising channels as an industry leader
    • Adwords & PPC:
    • Regular meetings and contact with Google to maintain partnership
    • Optimizations aiming to lower CPC
    • Optimization on keywords
    • Weekly Adwords campaign management, creating new campaign and campaign strategies according to ROI targets and budgets of the brands
    • Optimal use and follow-up of all possible Google ads models.
    • Making text and budget modifications to announce the daily & weekly special campaigns of the brands
    • Campaign optimization, CPC related analysis, campaign efficiency tracking and reporting.
    • Suggestions on A/B tests (on advertising copy). Google Ads, Ads Editor ve Google Analytics
    • Yandex, Yandex Metrica, Yandex Direct (Russia)
    • Google Tag Manager: adding and removing tag and scripts, calculating conversion rates
    • Google Display Network (GDN): Ads on image search network (Google AdSense)
    • Real Time bidding, demand side platform,
    • Social Media:
    • Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
    • Weekly social media campaign management, creating new campaign and campaign strategies according to ROI targets and budgets of the brands
    • Optimal use and follow-up of all possible social media advertising models.
    • Making text and budget modifications to announce the daily & weekly special campaigns of the brands
    • Tracking and reporting on performance effectiveness of new campaigns
    • New Social Media:
    • Following new social media trends
    • Activation of new channels such as Tiktok, Snapchat
