Public Notice for bidding

Peace Winds Japan (PWJ), an INGO working in humanitarian response invites for submission of sealed bids from interested companies for implementation of the following project funded by Japan Platform.

<Manner of Submission>

1. Companies interested to apply for this bidding should visit to PWJ-Duhok Office to receive the Requests for Proposal (RFP) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm during working days (Sunday to Thursday).
2. The bid should be submitted in the Bid box in PWJ-Duhok Office

Bid Distribution: Sunday 20^th October 2019 to Tuesday 29^th October 2019.

Deadline of Bid Submission: Sunday, 3^rd November 2019, 12:00 pm

Participation is mandatory.

Companies are required to meet following requirements to be eligible for receiving Bid Documents:

Companies should be registered with Government of Iraq/ Ministry of Trade, (provide valid registration document).
