YOUR ROLE

• Assuming responsibility for packaging development of Beauty Care business unit, covering the scope of Turkey, Israel and Iran
• Reporting directly to the Regional Product Development Manager MEA
• Acting as the Sustainability Ambassador for MEA (Middle East, Africa) Region
• Ensuring fulfilment of performance, quality and cost packages requirements; defining and planning budget to meet planned objectives
• Executing process developments that is necessary to support cross-functional teams to achieve the completion of new technology and innovations
  
• Ensuring that all new packages meet international recycling, health and safety requirements and other regulations
  
• Assuring technology state of the art through patent protection of all new developments and technologies
• Connecting with consumers and generating consumer insights through various platforms
• Meeting compliance requests align with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Advanced user of MS Office applications, SAP is a plus
