Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

You are responsible for

• End to end order fulfillment process for customers

• Agility in daily operations, process compliance and clear communications across various stakeholders (customers, internal sales/operations team, warehouse, transporters)

• Following up directly with customers for payments/Letter of Credit/ Value added services

• Customer collaboration – being always in touch with the customers and inquiring about market trends to better service the customers

• Maintaining high/targeted Customer Service Level across all customers in line with customer first approach

We bring together supporting roles within Services & Solutions Delivery, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross-functional environment. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University Degree,

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in order desk positions or 3rd Party Logistics or freight forwarders (handling order desk, scheduling, shipment functions)

• Good hands-on experience with MS Office suite – mainly Excel.

• Effective communication skills with fluency in both written & verbal English,

• Excellent team player,

• SAP knowledge is a must,

• Basic supply chain certification ( logistics qualifications ) is a preference,
