Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in/focus on Engineering or relevant education
- Minimum 10 years experience in process, performance and quality management (especially Experience in the international business environment)
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001)
- Having B Class Occupational Health&Safety Certificate at least
- Having a general understanding of Safety, BCM and Security processes
- Solid understanding on Digitalization and Transformation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, transportation and broader supply chain topics,
- Having strong interpersonal and technical skills with the ability to manage teams and projects
- Having strong leadership capabilities and building effective and efficient teams,
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English
Job Description:
- Lead the OE (Operations Excellence) function in the cluster
- Responsible and accountable for both delivering of the agreed global & regional agenda and value of Ops Ex initiatives within the cluster
- Represent the OE agenda on the country/cluster senior management team – lead & perform both within country/cluster and function to support long term sustainable profits
- Ensure that the OE agenda is aligned to support the business needs in cluster
- Responsible for the OE input to new business tenders and proposals
- Supports effective start ups by providing resources, advice and guidance – influence on good deals critical – risks need to be clearly understood and mitigated
- Leads the OE area by example and supports the country/cluster senior management team on their journey towards
- Ensures accurate management reporting via Logics from sites and uses this management information to make recommendations for improvement and take mitigating actions
