Online Customer Marketing Specialist

The Role:

The Online Customer Marketing Specialist will have the country responsibility to develop & grow our Online partners sales with the primary focus to improve, innovate and deliver the best in class Brand & Online customer experience, which leads to consumers purchasing our products. This role reports to the Country Online Lead & collaborates closely with Country Marketing Manager.

  • Work closely with Etail Country Lead to build an efficient etail customer marketing plan that ensures achievement of the business goals and reflects the priorities of the business.
  • Drive creativity & innovation for our brands through Online campaign executions.
  • Develop a full understanding of the etail marketing ecosystem (media placements, social media, search etc.), tools and key levers to activate them.
  • Lead the Online Marketing programs & promotion executions.
  • Provide assistance in the analysis of data from key campaigns to then create, share & grow best practice scenarios.
  • Analyze data (from shoppers, categories, promotional activities, competition angles) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Exploit and monitor key KPI’s (sales, share, traffic, share of visibility, conversion etc.).
  • Turn insights into customized action plans for etail partners based on analytics. This includes full category approaches, best in class new products launch, efficient promotional plans, content, SEO, segmentation, and navigation optimization.
  • Align action plans with key stakeholders locally and regionally.
  • Coordinate action plan execution with anticipation across all stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Assist in creating and curating online content such as Product display pages (PDPs), Landing pages & banners.
  • Monitor on a daily basis your KPI’s for successful implementation and fast corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly to all key stakeholders (internally/externally).
  • Systematically provide postmortems analysis to sharpen your understanding of improvements areas.


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • The ideal candidate will have min 5 years of experience in Digital performance marketing, gained from working on eCommerce platforms AND for brands.
  • Proficient in data-driven digital marketing & media programs, familiar with major E-Retailer platforms, demonstrated expertise in traffic acquisition (search, display, SEO) and conversion optimization.
  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships across many partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking combined with mastery of supporting tools such as Excel (Tableau skills are a plus).
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented.
  • Highly collaborative, solution-driven and good communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree with good academic performance.
