Job Description
Our new recruit will me a member of a Front Office team whose main objective is to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and perfect standards of customer service for one of the best luxury hospitality brands in Istanbul.
Our focus is on excellent communication with our guests and within our team, a welcoming, well-groomed professional and personal attitude and an obsession for detail and perfection.
The ideal candidate will have seamless conversational skills, is able to express herself/himself clearly in both written and spoken word, in both English and Turkish, has familiarity with luxury hotel industry.

Required Skills
- University graduate (Tourism Industry department graduates and post-graduates are welcome)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality industry
- Familiarity with hotel operational systems and Front Office environment
- Knowledge of Opera PMS
- Siteminder experience
- Very good command of English
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Professional, positive and attentive attitude
