Your Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Multi Vendor Support Services Sales Expert, in your assigned territory, you will be expected to understand client’s IT environment and based on client’s support structure and business needs; you will be responsible to form optimum and the most competitive support structure for the client
  • Solid technical experience required to understand the various architecture domains and their support models – Business, Infrastructure, Data and Technology domain in a fast changing digital world.
  • You should be experienced in Technical Architecture and services sales (e.g. IT and support services of infrastructure, server, virtualization, storage, network, security and middleware)
  • Your task would also include reviewing each project’s deliverables, provide recommendations to improve the process and ensure the proposed solution meets the needs of the client in a fast paced environment.

  • Work with a team of highly motivated technical individuals to define the best solution for the client
  • Be aware of Client’s group level standards, policies and guidelines pertaining to their respective architecture that require compliance across the project work streams
  • Review each project’s deliverable to ensure coherent and holistic solution for the Enterprise as well as confirming to the standards defined by Client
  • Facilitate the adoption of the best solution option among alternatives, ensuring solution meets the client’s requirements, leveraging respective domain SMEs where applicable
  • Access and evaluate the impact on infrastructure based on the solution proposed by the projects
  • Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated territory
  • Selling value added customer support services in the assigned territory
  • Maintaining and understanding of the market in order to identify and prioritize the key revenue opportunities in multi vendor IT environment
  • Developing, maintaining and communicating a pipeline of future business that underwrites targets
  • Providing accurate and timely management information and booking forecasts;
  • Leading the all contractual negotiation period with legal team
  • Creating value propositions and communicate the benefits of these to the clients
