Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to expand your Human Resources knowledge
You are responsible for
-
Deliver high quality, timely and cost-effective people services to the business/market- sales/function.

Responsible for building HR capability that embodies our culture across the region.
-
Represents the region in the HR leadership team.
-
Ensure the country HR teams are organized consistently, optimized and have the capability to execute the business, market, function and people strategy (in partnership with HRBP) within the region.
-
Coach, develop and manage the performance and build the capability of the HR talent within the region.
-
Manage the budget of the region in partnership with the COEs.
-
Provide regional input/ feedback into the design of global policies and programs; highlight specific regional requirements to the COEs; deploy within the region.

Be role model for our Dare Culture, living our values.

Drive the People Strategy at the region, country level to support the company strategy.

Deploy and be accountable for the day to day operational HR service delivery (payroll, benefits, onboarding, off-boarding etc.) using global vendors and KPIs within country organization through operational HR team and HRMs.

Ensure legal compliance is executed at the region and country level to avoid legal exposure, mitigate risks of non-compliance; be the point of contact for the legal function to provide evidence of country legal compliance and deploy new policies or requirements across the region

The new Domestic Appliances Integrated HR team led by Karine Casanova-Munnik. This team will be responsible for the employee life-cycle experience, covering Talent Acquisition, the HR IT infrastructure the HR management activities and HR support model.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

A bachelors/master’s degree with over 10 years of experience
-
Proven working experience as Senior HRM
-
Thorough understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of Human Resources discipline
-
Knowledge of organization technology and tools
-
Strong knowledge of payroll and core HR processes as well as deep compensation and benefit experience
-
Good influencing and relationship building skills
-
People oriented and results driven
-
Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
-
Experience of HR systems and databases
-
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
-
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
