Marketplace Team is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably from communication faculty,
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role (preferably in e-commerce, retail sectors),
- Previous experience in corporate communication, marketing communication,
- Salesforce or any email operation knowhow is must
- B2B communication is a plus, Basic skills in copywriting is preferred,
- Experience applying editing and/or proofreading standards,
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker,
- Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple tasks,
- Ability to deliver fast, the business-focused output of excellent quality.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Being able to craft content for communication with sellers on omnichannel (email, mobile, SMS, push…etc),
- Combine it with visual elements in order to keep sellers interested and coming back for more,
- Creation of a content communication calendar to ensure regular content throughout the year,
- Entering, editing and revising product / informative content information with data on all devices to increase seller experience and engagement
- Managing communication projects and automation of CRM operations
