Marketplace Team is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

    • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience,
    • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented commercial mind and eagerness to learn,
    • Strong understanding of product and content management in e-commerce,
    • Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights,
    • Data analysis and reporting enthusiast,
    • Excellent command of MS Office applications, Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.) is a plus,
    • Advanced knowledge of MS SQL is a must, Python is a plus,
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Working on exploratory data analysis so you can create a ruleset and process for options approval & rejection decisions,
    • Improvement of the product data quality with working on various domains and stakeholders,
    • Conduct projects end-to-end from early-stage research through development, in consultation with stakeholders,
    • Working with various departments on assigned projects to increase customer/seller experience, option efficiency,
    • Drive process simplification/automation for the option journey by identifying and fixing process gaps,
    • Being interested in different departments and disciplines to actively contributing to strategies,
    • Having a growth mindset with an understanding of key e-Commerce metrics.
