As a Marketing Enabler, your mission is to work with Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and Healthcare System Partners (HSPs) through value creation with delivering meaningful benefits – to patients, the business, or to external stakeholders and health systems. Value can be added in various ways e.g. through product innovation, treatment pathway design, a new patient service, technologies/capabilities that improve operational efficiency, global knowledge sharing or external collaboration.

*He or she reports directly to the Marketing and Customer Engagement Chapter Head.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Marketing Enabler, you will develop specific marketing strategies for therapeutic areas within the organization working together cross-functionally with Medical and Access Enablers.
  • Working beyond the local organization, you will align and collaborate with broader networks, provide support to global networks and other affiliates and will be accountable for ensuring collaboration with the networks and local enablers to identify new opportunities, initiatives and solutions to answer stakeholder needs and to drive value for the patients.
  • By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, act as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and contribute to creating value to the patient journey through supporting and enabling the PJPs in implementing successful projects for the ecosystem in line with Roche Code of Conduct and principles.
  • You will interpret and translate scientific data into commercial implications, analyze data and make strategic recommendations. You will provide marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches, monitor budget and expenditures.
  • You will participate in national and international congresses, scientific meetings and global implementation/update meetings for keeping your knowledge updated for commercialization strategies.
  • Prepare and update the training materials and provide internal education and training programs to the customer engagement teams and to other enabler roles in the affiliate when necessary.
  • Act as marketing expert for generating mar-com strategies working together with the communication department. Supports the PJPs in setting the Therapeutic Area or other communication strategy and creation/adaptation of local Therapeutic Area messages, materials and communication content for digital platforms.
  • Act as marketing expert for effective digital communications, leveraging digital channels and tools. Focus on building digital capabilities internally and externally to provide meaningful customer experiences that add value to patients collaborating closely with the Digital team.
  • Act as marketing expert ensuring continuous sales and logistics forecasting working closely with PJPs and Finance team

Experiences, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of proven marketing experience in marketing/product management or digital marketing is highly desirable (pharma preferred)
  • Knowledge of pharma industry, life cycle management, and pharma marketing processes (desirable)
  • Ability to build relationships and work in project team, trust and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders
  • Digital literacy, good overview of digital solutions on the market supporting patients
  • Fluent in Turkish, proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise
