Abbott Established Pharma Division is looking for Market Access Manager reporting to Market Access&Regulatory Director

Job Description

• Develop and manage affiliate’s market access strategies to:

  • Obtain optimum reimbursement and pricing conditions for new products including new indications and line extensions

  • Maintain and improve optimum reimbursement and market access conditions for current in-line products

• Lead and coordinate market access projects for products in collaboration with internal and external partners

• Develop stakeholder mapping strategy

• Establish trustworthy relationships with market access internal / external stakeholders

• Involve in Market Access initiatives/projects within region/global to represent Turkey affiliate

• Manage the pricing activities for whole portfolio

• Ensure full compliance inline with Abbott guidelines and local regulations

Your Qualification

• University Degree preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy or in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biology

• Preferably minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry ( at least 2 years in Market in Market Access)

• Fluency in English

• Project Management Skills and People Leadership experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal and cross functional teamwork skills

• Strategic Understanding of the Business, Skillful in Scenario Development and Contingency Planning

• Set vision&strategy, anticipate, innovate, build, deliver results

• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented
