Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! The team manage end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. These are five main disciplines within Operations Team: Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor’s degree (engineering field). Masters degree is a plus
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in service sectors e.g. e-commerce, logistics. E-commerce experience is a plus
    • Experience in operations,planning, logistics, cargo/distribution
    • Solution-oriented and proactive
    • Completed military service for male candidates.

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Track and develop the performance of suppliers & subcontractors
    • Follow KPI’s and report & perform corrective activities in case of needs
    • Monitoring online transaction platform and create regular delivery plan
    • Regularly report ongoing operations with defined metrics
    • Define operational KPI’s & reports with actual data
    • Create effective solutions to conflicting operational problems
    • To accompany operational projects, on behalf of the operation team
    • To conduct on-site observations and root cause analysis with team entities to accurately identify service gaps, and to prepare detailed analytical reports on these findings
