Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities
- A first point of contact for employees, builds strong professional relationship with employees across all levels of the business, by providing first class HR support and coaching
- Proactively ensures the right level resources with the necessary skills set are identified, selected and recruited. Ensures the hiring process embodies diversity and company procedures integrate everyone in the workplace, allowing their differences to coexist in a mutually beneficial way
- Advice managers on the effective operation of the performance management system, through the management of staff objectives, competencies and training needs, in order that the performance and development of staff is reviewed regularly and proactively
- Creation and administration of learning and development programs in a mutually beneficial way that will retain staff and meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate and work with and leverage the centers of expertise (COE) like recruitment, payroll, L&D, C&B teams, aligning local HR activities with regional/global HR standards and processes.
- Ensure monthly reports are submitted on time. Analyze HR KPI’s and propose actions for the improvement. Leverage metrics and analytics to drive fact based decision
- Individual contributor, reporting to Site HR Head. Role operates with some autonomy. Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. Activities require professional judgement but may require more senior levels of guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 8-10 years of experience in HR
- Exposure to unionized manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Matrix organizational structure in a multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Exposure to core HR functions (talent acquisition, talent management, L&D, C&B)
