- Assesses current operation flows and identify and analyse top loss areas
- Implements solutions to deliver process improvements using value stream mapping of flows functions
- Presents findings and action plan to include investment projects
- Leads digital transformation by recommending IT solutions to automate manual tasks
- Evaluates (cost benefit analysis) warehouse technologies
- Designs appropriate warehousing solutions to support the business development teams in the pursuit of new business
- Prepares, updates and implements SOPs, Process Design, Warehouse Layout Planning, Defining the operational requirements
- RFQ Preparation, Process Design, Warehouse Lay-Out Planning, Defining the operational requirements & costing
- Analyzes complex data sets by using advanced IT skills
- Closely cooperates with the entire IWS team for process improvements ( Integrated Warehousing Solutions )
- Supports the IWS Project Manager for solution design
- Prepares monthly reconciliation reports and make sure on time invoicing to contracted customers.
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job
- Very good level of English both in written and spoken
- Very good command of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a customer centric team player
- Strong analytical skills with an innovative and solution oriented mindset
- Active driver with a type B license
- No military service obligation (for male candidates)
