As a Visualisation Manager , you will be Responsible of supporting the Surgical Team, you will be trusted to promote Alcon across Istanbul and Marmara Regions, selling Alcon’s visualization and diagnostic portfolio.

A typical day in this role will include:

• Sales and market share responsibility across the region Alcon’s cataract refractive suite portfolio: Argos & LuXor Revalia & Ngenuity
• Representing to be successful for customer service in regards to the entire Alcon Surgical Advanced Technology Portfolio.
• To support the customer clinical and technical knowledge of the Alcon Cataract Refractive Suite equipment
• Demonstrating and training healthcare professionals on surgical visualization and diagnostic equipment in the operating room and clinic.
• Following and reporting on competitor activities, mapping competitive devices and digital platforms & services in your accounts.
• Drive advanced technology sales and penetration in targeted accounts, at or above established objectives
• Differentiate Alcon products from competition sell features and benefits and overcome competitive objections with existing and potential customers
• Additional support for opportunistic sales approach for all Alcon portfolio

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices within a surgical environment, preferably within ophthalmology.
• Language: Fluent in English
• Technical Skills: IT skills, knowledge in connectivity and digitalization of the clinic and operating room, working knowledge of visualization, diagnostics & digital workflow, and ability to message on connectivity.
• Behaviors: Strong proactive and collaborative mindset, highly self-motivated, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, customer relation skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
