Job Description
- Manage video production processes for projects serving corporate memory (award applications, communication campaigns, event videos, etc.)
- Conduct shootings in line with scripts and content; perform editing, color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics
- Capture, edit, and deliver photographs for events, celebrations, and corporate content
- Ensure systematic archiving of all visual content and provide quick access to past materials
- Track and maintain the inventory of video and photography equipment
- Keep up with new technologies, identify needs, and provide guidance to the communications team
- Ensure all work complies with Bosch Corporate Identity guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Visual Communication Design, Photography and Video, Film & Television, Graphic Design)
- Experienced in Sony camera systems
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
- Strong technical knowledge in visual storytelling, editing, and post-production processes
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments
- Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, solution-oriented, and open to feedback
