Video Editor & Motion Designer, Avrupa Birliği tarafından finanse edilen projeler ile TV için hazırlanan belgesel programlarının görsel içerik üretim ve post-prodüksiyon süreçlerinden sorumlu olacaktır. Pozisyon, kurumun proje ve kurumsal iletişim faaliyetleri kapsamında video içeriklerin kurgulanması, motion grafiklerin hazırlanması ve sosyal medya video üretimlerinde aktif rol alacaktır.

 

📘 Temel Sorumluluklar:

• Video kurgu ve motion design alanında post-prodüksiyon süreçlerini yürütmek.
• Çekimleri devam eden TV belgesel programı için post-prodüksiyon çalışmalarından sorumlu olmak.
• Avrupa Birliği tarafından finanse edilen projeler kapsamında talep edilen video içeriklerini üretmek.
• Kurum ve proje sosyal medya hesapları için kısa video içerikleri ve reels hazırlamak.
• After Effects ve Premiere Pro kullanarak motion grafikler, animasyonlar ve video kurgular üretmek.
• Proje ekibi ile koordineli şekilde çalışarak iletişim hedeflerine uygun içerikler geliştirmek.
• Üretilen içeriklerin zamanında ve teknik standartlara uygun şekilde teslim edilmesini sağlamak.

 

🎓 Aranan Nitelikler:

• Video kurgu ve motion design alanında en az 3-4 yıl deneyim.
• Adobe After Effects ve Adobe Premiere Pro kullanımında ileri düzey yetkinlik.
• Detay odaklı, sorumluluk sahibi ve ekip çalışmasına yatkın.
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış veya en az 3 yıl tecilli olmak.
• Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, proje ekipleriyle koordineli şekilde çalışabilen.
• Video içeriklerde hikâye anlatımı (storytelling) kurgusu güçlü
• Görsel anlatımda tempo, ritim ve duygusal akış konusunda yetkin.
• Brief doğrultusunda yaratıcı fikir geliştirebilen ve anlatı bütünlüğünü koruyabilen.

🔍 WE ARE HIRING – Video Editor & Motion Designer

📑 Contract Type: Full-time

The Video Editor & Motion Designer will be responsible for the visual content production and post-production processes of European Union–funded projects as well as documentary programs produced for television. The position will play an active role in video editing, motion graphic production, and social media video content creation within the scope of the institution’s project-based and corporate communication activities.

 

📘 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-production processes in the fields of video editing and motion design.
• Be responsible for post-production work of an ongoing TV documentary program.
• Produce video content requested within the scope of European Union–funded projects.
• Create short video content and reels for institutional and project-based social media accounts.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and video edits using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Develop content aligned with communication objectives in close coordination with the project team.
• Ensure timely delivery of produced content in accordance with technical and quality standards.

 

🎓 Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong storytelling skills in video content creation.
• Competence in visual pacing, rhythm, and emotional flow.
• Ability to develop creative ideas based on briefs while maintaining narrative consistency.
