Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics business, logistics digitalization, project management methodology and project management
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Active driver with no travel restriction
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English
Job Description:
- Support and coordinate IT improvement project activities in line with the project management methodology to achieve successful project delivery
- Manage country digitalization projects and follow DPDHL global digitalization agenda
- Projects delivered on time, on budget, within scope and within agreed quality standards
- Prepare project schedules and perform project tracking and reporting
- Identify when actual performance deviates from agreed tolerances and escalates issues as necessary
- Ensure that project team members are kept informed of progress, and stay aligned to the project goals
- Ensure that all required project documentation is completed and up-to-date
- Coordinate communications plan
- Support the application of strategic project management initiatives
- Coordinate project schedules by compiling tasks, costs, timescales and resource requirement lists from key project participants indicating start and completion dates, responsibilities and dependencies
- Perform progress tracking and reporting of issues
- Document scope changes and track approval by required parties to ensure benefit realisation
- Track performance against the budget and report any variances
- Review previous lessons learnt output and feedback to drive continuous improvement
