Responsibilities

• Transformation Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Transformation Office in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the organization, while also managing ongoing cost transformation responsibilities. This is an entry-level position suited for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving and process optimization.
• As part of the Transformation Office, the analyst will work closely with senior team members to collect and analyze data, monitor project progress, and prepare insights that enable informed decision-making. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Transformation Project Management:

• Assist in framing, diagnosing, facilitating, delivering and monitoring large-scale transformation projects (thinking to execution)
• Organize workshops and squads for decision-making and follow up on post-session actions

Cost Transformation:

• Review and analyze opex and commodity productivity through PS system
• Prepare the monthly Cost Transformation SteerCo report in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Deploy and track meeting notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Conduct spend-area analysis to identify potential opportunities
• Support Productivity Ideations by gathering data and organizing key events
• Continuously engage with region teams to source best practices

End-to-End Waste Management

• Conduct end-to-end waste management reporting including analysis of changes
• Collaborate with initiative owners to track waste reduction projects

Qualifications

• Min. 6+ years experience in areas such project management, strategy, process improvement or data analysis
• Strategic business understanding with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to build strong collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Strong planning and facilitation skills with clear communication
• Ability to manage high-pressure periods under tight deadlines
