Trainee

You will join a team that develops early-career talent and supports business goals in Türkiye. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:-

• Support day-to-day team activities, basic data collection and entry to systems
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with colleagues across functions to help supply chain operations on track and meet timelines.
• Participate in team meetings and learning sessions, sharing observations and ideas.- Help maintain accurate records and follow established processes and quality standards
• Take part in development programs and apply feedback to improve performance.

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, engineering, or health-related discipline.
• Good communication skills in Turkish and professional working English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legal right to work in Türkiye.

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Previous internship or coursework in clinical research, hospitals, or research centres.
• Internship or practical experience in a corporate, healthcare, or scientific logistics environment.
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• Familiarity with data entry, report preparation, or project support tasks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in pursuing a career in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors.
