Trainee
You will join a team that develops early-career talent and supports business goals in Türkiye. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:-
- Support day-to-day team activities, basic data collection and entry to systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with colleagues across functions to help supply chain operations on track and meet timelines.
- Participate in team meetings and learning sessions, sharing observations and ideas.- Help maintain accurate records and follow established processes and quality standards
- Take part in development programs and apply feedback to improve performance.

Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, engineering, or health-related discipline.
- Good communication skills in Turkish and professional working English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Legal right to work in Türkiye.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Previous internship or coursework in clinical research, hospitals, or research centres.
- Internship or practical experience in a corporate, healthcare, or scientific logistics environment.
- SAP knowledge is preferable
- Familiarity with data entry, report preparation, or project support tasks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in pursuing a career in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors.
