Job Identification

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team located in Diyarbakır.

What We Expect

  • Develop and manage point-of-purchase materials, display initiatives, and in-store tactics to drive incremental sales by working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, as well as external vendors.
  • Liaise with and manage agencies to ensure effective visibility of still and sparkling products in the market.
  • Coordinate branding opportunities with the sales team and customers at sales points.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate trade and market performance, as well as customer feedback, to generate new product ideas and identify service features that need improvement to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the trade promotion budget by category/brand to maximize sales opportunities across all trade channels.
  • Develop, implement, and execute trade marketing strategies and tools to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver measurable business results.
  • Solid project management capabilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Residing in Diyarbakır or willing to relocate.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
