Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a “Territory Representative / Executive – MedTech (Surgery)” to be based in Istanbul / Türkiye.

About The Role
In this field-based role, you will drive growth in your region by building strong customer partnerships, supporting clinical excellence in the OR, and executing strategic sales initiatives — all while upholding J&J Credo values and healthcare compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and grow the Surgery portfolio in your territory.
- Promote products, generate demand, and support tender processes end-to-end.
- Provide technical support and case coverage in the operating room when needed.
- Organize product demos, training, and hospital education sessions.
- Manage orders, documentation, and coordination with hospital stakeholders.
- Analyze competitive activity and contribute to territory strategies.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent J&J at congresses and educational events when assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of medical device/healthcare sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex field operations
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical abilities
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) *Must have
