Franklin Electric, one of the leading manufacturers of international water and fueling systems, is looking for an ‘’Technical Sales Engineer”. The position will be based in Istanbul site.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing high-level second-tier product-specific technical information and support to internal and external customers. Advises and recommends solutions to customers while presenting additional products and services as warranted.

  • Provide technical support to distributors and end users within the assigned region regarding Franklin products.
  • Deliver technical trainings to technicians and engineers involved in product installation processes; plan training activities and manage certification procedures.
  • Work in close coordination with the Regional Sales Manager to support the implementation of region-specific sales strategies.
  • Regularly report customer requests, technical feedback, and product performance-related developments.
  • Ensure the effective execution of technical processes, training requirements, and product support activities within the region.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience in technical sales, field support, or application engineering
  • Preferably knowledgeable in pumps, motors, drives, or similar industrial equipment
  • Experience in managing distributors and end users
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills suitable for delivering technical trainings
  • Fluent English and French, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • No restrictions on international travel within the assigned region
  • Strong planning, coordination, and reporting abilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and strong professional representation skills
