Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering,
- Minimum 5 years experience in the management of Facility Construction-Mechanical-Electrical-Facility processes,
- Having Energy Management Certificate is an asset,
- Conducted New Projects implementation processes and progress payment processes
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD applications,
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills,
- Self-disciplined and motivated,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Active driver with no travel restriction.
Job Description
- Monitoring the technical and project processes of the facilities in Istanbul.
- Planning and realization of Maintenance-Repair and Preventive Activities,
- Ensuring the continuity of the operation by responding to the technical needs of the facilities that may arise 24/7,
- Evaluation of fault-requests from facility operations and planning of technical team/contractor
- Ensuring the management of contract processes for subcontractor and solution partner companies.
- Managing of technical processes in accordance with regulations, procedures and instructions on Environment, Occupational Health and Safety
- Taking active duties and responsibilities in the process from the initial stage to commissioning of new projects to be made in the facilities, and reporting and competing with investment activities.
