We are looking for a “TBO AGENT” located in Istanbul, having up to 2 years’ of experience in logistics operations with bachelor degree, speaking ENGLISH fluently and with an ambition to grow in a multinational corporate environment. Candidate will be a part of Terminal Based Operations team, responsible for regular and procedural execution.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working in a harmony with other departments; according to orders in TMS, created by CS; making plannings of LTL loads.
- Creating a direct collection order to the vehicles to be used on the linehaul for loads that need to be picked up directly from sender.
- Vehicle planning for orders to be collected from the sender using cartage operation, considering time schedules and company interest requested for the collection of orders.
- Managing whole logistics process; realizing OTIF communication, solving problems, using internal systems, documentation.
